About our Association

The Upper Bay Charter Captains Association supports the needs of charter captains fishing the upper Chesapeake Bay. By becoming a member of the association, you will be listed in the organizations web page and brochure.  Membership will give you access to over 90 upper bay captains, allowing you to gather and share fishing, reports, techniques, locations, and tackle. At the monthly meetings, you will have the opportunity to present your views on fishing issues that affect your operation, and, if the membership believes this information should be presented to the DNR, the organization will do  so. Your membership will help you to get more business, and catch more fish.
